1. Consultation form - If it is your first time booking with us, you must fill in the consultation form before hand (press the 'services' button and the form will appear)

 

2. Cancellation policy - We require at least 24/48 hours notice for any clients that need to reschedule. if clients fail to meet this requirement, it will result in the loss of their booking fee, this policy is in place as it is difficult to refill the cancelled slot.

3. Early/Late policy - It would be highly appreciated if clients show up on time. If you show up early, please wait until your allocated time as we may be with another client. If you are late, please note that time will come out of your allocation which may result in less lash coverage. If you are 10 minutes late, you will have to re-book.

 

4. No audience - Due to the insurance policy, children, others and/or pets are not aloud.  

5. Other Technicians Work - Due to the high quality products that we use at Zinology, we do not infill other technicians work. A removal and full set would be required.

6. No make-up - When arriving at your appointment is it essential you arrive without any eye make-up as we would like to spend every minute installing your lashes to achieve your desired look. 

7. If you have any issues with your lash extensions after your appointment, you must notify us within 4 day of getting your lashes done, anything after this will be considered as an aftercare issue.

 

5. Last but not least, please be respectful. Offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.
